Your item doesn’t arrive
As long as you let us know within 30 days of your items estimated delivery date, we will send another free of charge.
You don’t like your item
We’re very confident you’ll love your item, but if you don’t you can exchange it with another item, receive store credit for it, or get a full refund. You will need to email a picture of the item to [email protected] to confirm its condition before returning it. For the return to be accepted, it must be in sealed packaging. It doesn’t have to be the original packaging.
Your item is damaged
Send us a picture at [email protected]. If it’s damaged we’ll replace it for free. For the return to be accepted, it must be in sealed packaging. It doesn’t have to be the original packaging.
United States
Delivery to the US will take 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks) for garments, hats, and accessories. Our bags will take up to 24 business days (4-5 weeks).
United Kingdom
Delivery to the UKwill take 5-10 business days (1-2 weeks).
(Printful will cover anything that is their fault. If they receive the wrong item, or a damaged item, or if it doesn’t arrive. Printful will cover it. But if it’s a problem with the item, they need to report it within 30 days of receiving the item. If it didn’t arrive they need to tell you within 30 days of the estimated arrival date. If they report it too late then you can’t help.)
